The Citymesh network will always provide you with 5G connectivity. At present, we are unable to cover the entire country with our own network.
If you would like to have 5G on our partner’s network, please select a 5G option.

A mobile subscription as it should be

The biggest difference between a physical SIM card and an eSIM is the way you connect: the familiar plastic card you manually insert into your device, while the eSIM is a digital chip already built into your smartphone. Whereas with a physical SIM card you often have to wait several days for mail delivery, you can activate an eSIM completely digitally within minutes. This means you’re online immediately after your order, without the hassle of sim card tools or shipping times. It’s the ideal, sustainable solution for those who don’t want to wait and want to use our network right away.

With us you start your new subscription without any unexpected extras on the first bill. In fact, we take it for granted that you will be warmly welcomed, which is why we don’t charge any activation fees at all for our new customers. Whether you choose a physical SIM card or a lightning-fast eSIM, activation is completely free.

We are building the network of the future, which is why you will be on the Citymesh network always be able to enjoy 5G. Today we cannot yet cover the whole country with our own network. We provide additional coverage through a partner network, but by default this is only 4G.

  • Within the EU: You make unlimited calls and texts to EU numbers.
  • Outside the EU: Do you call, text or use data in countries outside the EU tariff zone? Then you pay roaming fees. More info here.

Yes, voicemail is included by default.
In addition, you will also receive each voicemail message via mail at the mail address you provide.

After receiving your SIM card:

  1. Call 02 580 91 00
  2. Choose the option ‘activate sim card’ and follow the instructions

When transferring from another network, activation may take up to 24 hours (weekends not included).
Once your old operator’s signal disappears, you can place your Citymesh SIM card into your device.

Then set your mobile data correctly via the APN settings.
