Mobile

Yes, you can make unlimited calls and send unlimited text messages within Belgium.
To prevent abuse, we have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP):

  • Max. 6000 call minutes per month
  • Max. 6000 text messages per month
  • Max. 250 different recipients per month

VoLTE is supported, some devices are not yet compatible. You can check the current compatibility of devices here.

Absolutely. When ordering your subscription, you can choose a physical SIM card or eSIM.

Yes, but you can choose whether you want to activate 5G.
We find that connectivity should remain affordable.

  • On our private network you always enjoy 5G at the best possible price.
  • On the Proximus network, 5G is available as an optional extension within your subscription.

After your order, you will receive an email with a QR code.
Scan it with your smartphone to activate your eSIM.

After receiving your SIM card:

  2. Choose the option ‘activate sim card’ and follow the instructions

When transferring from another network, activation may take up to 24 hours (weekends not included).
Once your old operator’s signal disappears, you can place your Citymesh SIM card into your device.

Internet

Yes! We offer native IPv6 connectivity via dual stack (IPv4 + IPv6).

If your fixed internet connection goes down, the router automatically switches to 4G within seconds. The router maintains the same public IP address, minimizing the impact on your services and ensuring your business remains online.

The activation time depends on several factors, such as whether fiber infrastructure is already in place in your building.
When fiber is available, activation usually takes up to one week.
If new fiber equipment needs to be installed, delivery may take longer.

Do you urgently need internet? Then please feel free to contact us.
Together, we will look at possible temporary solutions, for example via VDSL or another available technology.

With our Pro subscriptions the router is assigned a public fixed IP address.
This address is applied to both the main connection and the 4G backup connection, ensuring a seamless transition in case of an outage.

Cloud Telephony

Reporting of the total number of calls, missed calls, call duration, and many other statistics is included.
These reports can be generated at user level, but also at group level or for the entire IVR.

Yes, ConnectMe can be seamlessly connected to Microsoft Teams, even with the free Teams license that is present in Office 365 by default.

Yes, real-time monitoring is part of the reporting within ConnectMe. It also includes real-time queue monitoring so that your processes can be aligned accordingly.

Absolutely, ConnectMe allows you to set fixed rules based on statuses, availability, or other requirements.
For instance, if the person being called has a vacation or absent status, the call can be automatically forwarded to the reception desk or another member of that team.

Adjusting your current status is also very easy and requires only a few mouse clicks.
